Don’t Look At The Sun is an indie psychological horror puzzle challenge built around seven strange and deceptive stages. Mr. Sun first appears as a cheerful hand-drawn mascot floating against a bright blue sky. Simple interactions soon trigger overexposed screens, dark visuals, and unsettling distortions. Each puzzle challenges your assumptions about the interface and the meaning behind its warning. Stay observant, question every instruction, and uncover what hides behind the cheerful surface now!
SEVEN PUZZLES OF DON'T LOOK AT THE SUN
In Don’t Look At The Sun, you need to hover over Mr. Sun or drag clouds away from his face before later stages completely redefine what “the sun” can mean. Japanese kanji characters, calendar pages, country names, solar-symbol flags, volume sliders, and Unity logos can all become unexpected puzzle targets. Careful observation becomes essential as each stage introduces a different interaction. Clicking, dragging, hovering, tearing calendar pages, and entering text all become part of the investigation. Visual changes also make familiar interface elements increasingly difficult to trust.
Game Controls System
- Hover / Tap and Hold: Maintain contact with sun targets.
- Click and Drag: Move objects and manipulate puzzle elements.
- Text Input: Enter country names and puzzle answers.
- UI Elements: Interact with sliders and interface clues.
UNLOCK AN UNPREDICTABLE ENDING
The standard route encourages players to interact with each target despite disturbing visual degradation. Don’t Look At The Sun also hides a secret true ending behind complete inaction. Remaining away from Mr. Sun during Stage 1 for one minute unlocks an eerie alternate resolution.
