Five Nights at Freddy's 4 is a point-and-click survival horror game set inside a child's bedroom. The familiar security office disappears, leaving you with doors, a closet, a bed, and a flashlight. Pixelated minigames also reveal events surrounding the Bite of '83. Enter the bedroom and face the Nightmare animatronics!
GAMEPLAY: HOW TO SURVIVE IN THE BEDROOM
In Five Nights at Freddy's 4, every hallway check starts with careful listening. After reaching a door, pause for several seconds and listen for breathing. Breathing means the animatronic stands nearby, so holding the door shut keeps it outside. Silence gives you room to use the flashlight and reset the threat farther down the hall. The bed also needs attention when Freddles begin gathering behind you while Nightmare Foxy can enter the closet. Flashing the light while hearing breathing triggers a fatal jumpscare.

- Mouse Cursor: Move between doors, bed, and closet.

MEET THE NIGHTMARES IN YOUR ROOM
In Five Nights at Freddy's 4, Nightmare Bonnie approaches from the left hallway, while Nightmare Chica uses the right side. Freddles gather on the bed before Nightmare Freddy appears. Nightmare Foxy sneaks into the closet and changes through several stages. Later nights introduce faster and more aggressive attacks.
Extra Nights Bring New Challenges
Fun with Plushtrap adds a timed sound-based minigame between nights. Its Halloween variant features Nightmare Balloon Boy instead. Night 7 and raise the difficulty, while Extra Menu challenges include Blind Mode and Mad Night.
