START WITH NOTHING, BUILD EVERYTHING
The first moments in Minecraft can feel wonderfully simple. Nearby trees provide your first materials, while stone and food become useful resources for early progress. Crafted tools then open paths toward deeper mining and larger projects. A small shelter can soon become a base, farm, workshop, or sprawling fortress. Every block removed or placed gradually changes the world around you.
Choose Your Own Kind of World
- Survival Mode turns gathering, crafting, combat, health, and hunger into an ongoing challenge. Hostile creatures become dangerous after dark, making shelter and preparation valuable.
- Creative Mode removes ordinary survival limits with unlimited resources, flight, and freedom to build. Both modes give the same blocky world a completely different personality.
Control Your Blocky Adventure
- WASD: Move around the world.
- Spacebar: Jump or swim upward.
- Mouse: Look around, attack, mine, and place blocks.
- Shift: Sneak or move downward while flying.
